Our Admitted Student Reception in New York City will be hosted on the Upper East Side. Members of our university leadership and AUP admissions staff will welcome you to the AUP community, and you’ll get to meet other incoming students and their families. You'll be able to ask any questions you have about coming to Paris as well as celebrating your admission to AUP.

Our Paris Admitted Student Reception will be a full day of events at our AUP campus. This will be a unique opportunity for you to tour the campus, meet current students, alumni and faculty, and mingle with other incoming students from around the world. In addition to useful information sessions, we have also planned fun social activities for you, including a reception overlooking the rooftops of Paris, lunch with current students and more. The schedule will include: 

• Presentations by AUP's President, Provost and faculty to learn more about life at AUP. 
• Sessions about life in Paris to introduce our housing and student support. 
• A student fair to find out about activities on campus. 
• Campus Tours to discover our neighborhood. 
• A celebration of your success overlooking the Seine and rooftops of Paris.

An AUP Admissions Counselor will introduce you to AUP and outline the steps which need to be completed before your arrival in Fall 2025. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions. 

Meet current AUP Students to learn more about their life in Paris and ask any questions you may have about coming to The American University of Paris. These online events are informal and open to all students. There are also specific events for Graduate Students. 

Meet former AUP Students to learn more about their experiences at The American University of Paris and where their studies have taken them since graduation. These online events are informal and hosted by members of AUP's Alumni Team. 

Members of the AUP Residential Life Team, Parent Relations Office and Admissions Office will present the Housing Options for Fall 2025. Join to find out more about our residences and the process for signing up for housing. There are specific events for each type of student: 

• First Year Students
• First Year Abroad Students 
• Transfer, Visiting and Partner Students 

These sessions are designed for students who are coming from one of our First Year Abroad or Partner institutions. Learn about our academic programs, campus life, housing, and the admissions process in this session designed for students who want to learn more about spending a semester or full year at AUP. In addition to the information session, there will be designated time for Q&A with an AUP admissions counselor to answer any additional questions you may have.
